We work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Appointments are scheduled at your convenience. We can come early, during lunch breaks or after hours. We do require full sunlight to properly inspect and photograph the property. We do have an active family and try our best to work around their schedule while accommodating yours. The best way to schedule an appointment is to text 270-841-1044. We do not have a secretary or answering service. We do not take our phone into appraisal appointments. If you send a text I will respond as soon as possible. If you leave a message, I typically won't even check those until the following day, as it is more time consuming.
